Work Personality Index - Revised Reports

We have recently redesigned Work Personality Index reports. Our goal was to provide results in a format that is easier to read and easier to use and has a more up-to-date look and feel. The content of the reports remains the same. Users of the WPI Select Report will notice substantial changes to the WPI Profile and changes to the names of the five global personality characteristics to names that are more  understandable and usable (Achievement Orientation becomes Energy and Drive; Conscientiousness becomes Work Style; Social Orientation becomes Working with Others; Practical Intelligence becomes Problem Solving Style; Adjustment becomes Dealing with Pressure and Stress).
